bodywork
embodiment through massage
With a holistic approach to massage, I integrate different modalities, to tailor each session to the client's needs in the moment.
therapeutic bodywork
This bodywork session is at the meeting point of presence and technique. My primary objective in each session is to guide clients towards a harmonious connection with their bodies, fostering ease, mobility, and heightened awareness. By intertwining elements of structural integration that emphasize the body's natural long lines with neuromuscular techniques and gentle assisted movements; I assist the nervous system in re-educating itself, liberating tension, and alleviating discomfort. With a comprehensive and intuitive approach, my practice integrates both deep and superficial techniques tailored to the individual’s needs, offering a transformative journey towards optimal well-being.
kinetic stretching
A kinetic stretching session is meant to offer a dynamic release for your body. Different from the steady slowness of a massage, this session is geared towards movement with circular range of motion manipulations, stretching, traction, and some soft tissue work. This session will help the body open and relax, expanding the possibility of new patterning.
The kinetic stretching session is one hour long, fully clothed, and laying on the massage table. It is perfect for any body type regardless of flexibility. This session is good for people looking to gain a sense of increased movement or flow within their body, as well as people recovering from injuries. Can be booked as a stand alone session and is a great way to augment your current bodywork routine, scheduled between massages to help extend the benefits of each session.

By tending to your feet, you nurture your entire body.
modalities:
connective (deep) tissue therapy
Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT) focuses on lengthening the fascial component of chronically shortened muscles allowing the muscles to return to a relaxed state. The techniques used often involve applying sustained pressure with slow movement and manipulating the body's tissues to release fascial restrictions and restore it’s health and vitality.
neuromuscular therapy
Neuromuscular therapy focuses on the interaction between the nervous system and the muscles. Often the body develops patterns in response to injury or simply repeated activities. This form of therapy uses pressure, movement, and positions as ways to re-educate the nervous system.
polarity therapy
Polarity therapy is a holistic approach that seeks to balance the body's energy flow to improve overall health and well-being. By applying gentle touch and manipulation, it aims to release blockages and restore the natural flow of energy, promoting harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
swedish massage
Swedish Massage is a general flowing technique designed to move blood and lymph in order to relieve aching muscles while increasing relaxation and general well-being.
